The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the Deputy Managers Mohamed Nasr and Ahmed Hamed - both Egyptians, who showed great hospitality. The location is perfect, just steps away from Haram and with a stunning view of the Kaaba. The breakfast was delicious, and the Aud Bukhour gave a great smell throughout the property. The spa was super relaxing as a treat after Umrah. The only small downside was the hotel being a bit loud and crowded sometimes. 🌟

The views from my room at Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower were truly breathtaking. The stunning city views added an extra layer of magic to my stay. I was also impressed by the prayer rooms with their serene ambiance, offering a peaceful space for reflection and prayer.

The waiting time for elevators was quite a hassle during my stay.

Stayed 5 nights, the hotel overlooks the Kaaba. Staff kind. Room with great view. Walk to Haram takes time due to distance and lifts. An encouraging stay with potential for improvements.

The Kabah view from the panoramic room was mind-blowing, and the butler service was super helpful. The Lounge access was jaw-dropping with extra breakfast, drinks, and high tea till 8pm, making it great value for money. The staff, including Brother Imran and Noor Mohamed, were amazing, providing excellent service every day. The location was superior, and Mr. Karam provided excellent check-in service. The S2 Masjid with Kabah view was perfect, and the breakfast was perfect. The room service and staff had a great response, making the stay beyond magical.

The state-of-the-art facilities and serene ambiance provided the perfect oasis to relax and restore my body and mind after a busy day of meetings and travel. The well-equipped gym, soothing spa, and expert staff ensured an unforgettable wellness experience, leaving me feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Delayed check-in and room assignment issues

The units were adequate and fairly quiet with kaba' a view.

Dig into the Swiss cheese and local cuisine wonders, crafting tales worth savoring. The hotel's location near the Haram and the diverse half-board offerings elevate your stay. Local Eats: Al Majlis Restaurant, Five Guys, Al-Qasr Restaurant, and more tantalizing choices within 4 km add a flavorful touch.

From elevator escapades to breakfast queue blues, the hotel's glitches play a cheeky tune. Despite the dining delights, navigating the maze of long queues and high prices adds a pinch of spice to your gourmet journey.

The general areas were spacious and well-lit, making it easy for me to move around with my walking stick. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive, with convenient elevator locations and clear signage making it simple for me to navigate the hotel.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if the children of the staff were more available to assist with directions and provide extra guidance for senior guests.

A good choice of food available in the restaurant. A dining area, 2 TVs and an iron in the room and the very clean bed. Ideal location in a very convenient area so close to restaurants and Mosques and others directions.
